About Vanessa Francis Gray, AICP, ACC
Vanessa Francis Gray is the founder of Built Influence, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development for the built environment sector. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning the federal government, private consulting, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and international development, she brings a unique depth of sector knowledge.
Vanessa holds both the AICP credential from the American Institute of Certified Planners and the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. She developed the Four Corners Blueprint, a trademarked leadership development methodology used across Built Influence's coaching and consulting engagements. Her work sits at the intersection of infrastructure, equity, and leadership, helping the professionals who build communities become the leaders those communities need.

For individual professionals investing in their own trajectory, it provides the same methodology with a personal leadership action plan. Available as a 6-session or 12-session engagement.
