Vanessa Francis Gray is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach (ACC) and a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of built environment sector experience in the public, private, and nonprofit worlds. In 2023, she launched VFG Consulting Group to bridge her deep expertise in urban planning with her passion for empowering leaders and organizations to reach their full potential.
Combining strategic insight with a people-centered approach, Vanessa helps clients navigate leadership challenges, refine organizational strategy, and achieve meaningful career growth. The Built Influence Journey
Vanessa's journey to establishing Built Influence began with her training at the Flatter Leadership Academy, a rigorous leadership coaching program provided by the Department of Army. Recognizing her immense potential, Vanessa's mentor coaches encouraged her to put her newfound coaching skills into practice immediately. This led her to work with professionals from various industries, including travel, new media, and technology.
Building upon the success of her initial coaching endeavors, Vanessa founded VFG Consulting Group in May 2023. As her client base grew and her expertise expanded, she realized that her diverse skill set could benefit to the Built Environment sector. Thus, VFG Consulting Group evolved into Built Influence.
