Most leadership coaching is funded by employers who already understand its value. The professionals who tend to receive it are usually the ones whose careers have already produced access: senior titles, established networks, firms with development budgets. Influence Access Coaching exists for the professionals who are earlier in that arc. Built environment professionals in the first nine years of their careers, building leadership capacity ahead of the access their roles will eventually provide.
This is not a discounted version of Built Influence's coaching. It is the same methodology, the same Four Corners Blueprint™ (Evaluate, Envision, Execute, Evolve), the same coach. The difference is who the program is built for and how access is structured.
This program is designed for built environment professionals at two specific career stages.
Early-career professionals: Up to 5 years of experience in the sector. Urban planners, architects, engineers, designers, project staff, analysts, and similar roles. Professionals growing into leadership through the work itself, often without formal authority and often without a firm investing in their development.
Mid-career professionals: 6 to 9 years of experience in the sector. Project leads, senior planners, senior associates, and similar roles. Professionals taking on increased responsibility, navigating more complex stakeholder environments, and preparing for the leadership transitions that come next.
Public, private, and nonprofit professionals are all welcome.

Influence Access is not designed for senior-level professionals. Directors, principals, partners, executives, and senior planners with 10 or more years of experience already have access to the systems this program exists to expand. Senior individual leaders interested in working with Built Influence are welcome to inquire directly. Senior leaders whose firms are willing to invest in their development are encouraged to explore The Blueprint Engagement.

Four one-on-one coaching sessions over approximately four months. Application-based. Limited spots reserved each quarter.

Evaluate your current leadership positioning, challenges, and context. Envision where you are headed and what leadership capacity is required to get there. Execute the practices, decisions, and actions that close the gap between where you are and where you need to be. Evolve a personal leadership operating system that sustains growth beyond the engagement.
Participants receive the same coaching approach used across every Built Influence engagement, applied to their specific career stage and the leadership challenges in front of them right now.

The professionals shaping cities, designing buildings, and developing infrastructure at the early and mid stages of their careers are often the ones whose leadership decisions will define the next decade of the sector. Yet leadership development in the built environment has historically been concentrated among professionals whose firms fund it, whose titles command it, or whose networks deliver it. The access gap is real. So is the cost of leaving it unaddressed.
Influence Access Coaching is Built Influence's response. The program is structured to expand access without compromising rigor and is priced to reflect its access mission rather than the market value of the coaching itself.

Early-career tier: $600 for the four-session engagement. For applicants with 1 to 5 years of professional experience in the built environment sector.
Mid-career tier: $1,000 for the four-session engagement. For applicants with 6 to 9 years of professional experience in the built environment sector.
Tier placement is determined during application review, based on years of professional experience and current scope of responsibility.

Expectations for engagement, preparation, and follow-through are the same as every other Built Influence engagement.

Quarterly spots are limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until each cohort is full. Applicants are notified of acceptance, tier placement, and next steps within 7 business days of submitting.
